Wedding Day Hair
The Good -

You should look like a beautiful version of your usual self.
Something that will look good from early morning right through til the evening and dancing!
Something that you wont spend the day worrying about or having to touch up/fiddle with.

The Bad -

Overstyled hair with too much product in.
Pinned up so heavily that you can see lots of grips and pins.
Something that you would not wear normally.
Something that your fiance / Mum likes but you dont feel comfortable with.

What to do -

Think about what Tiara / Accessories / Veil / Flowers you would like to use.
Look Through magazines more bridal or fashion than Hair ones and rip out picturesof what you like but also what you dont like!
Plan well ahead leaving time to grow hair and find the right stylist etc.
Think about the style of your dress / Wedding - Is it romantic , classic , modern or sophisticated?
Have as many trials as need be.
Go on Recommendations - Have you seen someones Bridal hair that you liked?
Look at the stylists previous bridal work - your usual hairdresser might not be particularly good at it.

What not to do -

Do not leave it to last minute.
Not bother with a trial.
Have what someone else tells you too.
Be pushed into things by a pushy hairdresser.

What to ask of Stylist -

An exact practice of the day.
Does it suit me and my face shape.
Will it work with my hair type
How long will it take to do on the day.
What they think of your ideas.
How long will it last on the day.
Do i need to grow my hair.
Do i need a hairpeice for thickness.
Do i need to change colour.
When should the last haircut be.
When should the last colour be.
