In my experience from this point on its all about personalities you can gain so much more from a supplier with a great personality if you have an instant rapport or at least one you can build on life becomes much simpler.
When entering a professional relationship with a supplier to your wedding, a bond is formed even a friendship the stronger the friendship the more bountiful the outcome and the more responsive the supplier is to your needs and last minuet changes.
For most of us a wedding can be one of the most expensive events of our lives we all want that one perfect day my advise make lots of friends after all you’ve found the perfect venue!

Here are my tips on saving a packet when planning your Wedding. First of all when in you have found the perfect venue don’t just hand over the cash! Wait a moment most venues have a little leeway over room hire and especially if you have the readies to pay up front, also its vat exempt! barter its old fashioned and most of us don’t like to but its worth ago.

Menus

When choosing your menu, first of all remember its not dinner for six at your local restaurant is feeding 98 close friends and family. Make sure you choose something they are going to eat. Take the time to work out your wedding budget don’t let it get out of hand keep it in check when you have worked out how much you can spend per head tell the caterer to create menus at that budget and stick to it. Don’t forget the wedding cake it’s to be eaten so talk about having as your dessert there maybe a plating charge with garnish but it will be a fraction of a dessert from the menu.

Wine

Most venues offer corkage this means you go and buy wine and champagne on a day trip to Calais or phone up your supermarkets they can advise you on special offers loss leader about to hit the shelves. Wine suppliers often offer sale or return for unopened bottles. Try somewhere you get a great deal for buying in bulk then you pay the venue for the privilege of drinking it on the big day. Barter again theses corkage prices are not fixed wrangle! And drink a great wine at a reasonable price.

Florists

I recommend asking around first off but a florist who works from her home or garage has fewer overheads than one with a shop to run. I am lucky enough to know a group of ladies who supply flowers for special occasions and only charge for their costs any money made goes to charity.

Wedding cakes

Simply save a fortune and buy a great assortment from Waitrose or Marks and Spencer and ask your florist to decorate you’ll save a fortune and all the cake will be eaten.
